" My family and I wanted to write you a short letter to let everyone at Crystal Clear know how impressed we were with the entire pool construction process. You and I have been talking on and off for at least a year now concerning various projects and at the time I was pricing you out along with several different pool companies. The one thing that impressed me the most was you checking in with me every month or so just to see how things were coming. I remember back around January when we had a little snow on the ground, you called me to let me know that pool season was just around the corner. Once the project started, the construction manger took over and did an incredible job with communicating to me. Bottom line is that he did exactly what he said he was going to do, and if something came up, he were the first to call me and explain what happened. It was amazing to us the level of customer service that he provided while battling both hurricane Cindy and Dennis and delivering a pool in just shy of six weeks!

At the end of the project, someone else was very professional and very patient with teaching us the entire Aqua Logic and Mineral Springs systems. He stood out in 100 plus degree heat answering all questions (plus many times having to repeat himself) and never once complained. His only focus was making sure we were happy and informed with everything we purchased.
